Scott Denbow

Scott’s family hails from Ashland, Ohio, which is known as the “World Headquarters of Nice People.”  He moved to Roswell, GA when he was six and has been seeking official Atlantan status ever since.   

Scott is a Principal with HighBrook Investors, a New York-based private equity firm that manages capital on behalf of university endowments, foundations, and high net worth individuals.  His focus is investing in and managing commercial real estate nationwide.  Scott has worked in the real estate investment management industry for the last 17 years for both large and small firms. 

Scott and his wife Kelly live in Brookhaven along with 3 strong-willed, lively children – Elsie (8), William (6), and Anna-Kate (4).  In his free time, Scott enjoys dreaming of more free time, being active outdoors, and cheering on the UGA football team. Go Dawgs!
